Want to build better habits? Want to get rid of bad ones you have? Wish you understood why you have some good habits that have stuck? This book is super actionable to answer those questions. The tactics and reasons it uses really work as I used some before reading, and now that I'm intentional about it, I've broken some bad habits and made great new ones.

I was doubtful, but everyone kept telling me it’s awesome, so I reluctantly read it. Holy crap! It’s GREAT! Feels like the definitive masterpiece on the subject of how to make good habits and break bad ones. Very focused on helping you take action. Very relatable and inspiring.

It says how long ago something was said, so you can tell last month from 2014 without doing the arithmetic. Full and green is recent; it drains and cools as the date gets older, and empties completely at about 6 years.

A striped bar means the date itself is an estimate — the source did not carry an exact one. An entry with no date at all gets no bar.
