He does this by helping you understand how to focus effectively on your people and to look at the big picture to understand how you and your team can best fit into your company's overall systems. Despite being written over 30 years ago, it has aged like a fine wine.

So High Output Management is one of Andy Grove’s books. It’s the best book on management ever written. He wrote another book called Only the Paranoid Survive
