This is literally a timeless classic for anyone interested in leadership. Virtually everyone I know that has read this actually re-reads it regularly. No book can single-handedly do more to improve your skills with others. I've read this book at least 5 times now and find things to improve in myself every time I read it.
It says how long ago something was said, so you can tell last month
from 2014 without doing the arithmetic. Full and green is recent; it
drains and cools as the date gets older, and empties completely at about
6 years.
