This book has one simple concept: the Fixed Mindset versus the Growth Mindset. In that simplicity lies the keys to almost every aspect of your life from education to your marriage to your career to managing others to raising children. I realized in reading it that I had actually been living a Fixed Mindset in some very important parts of my life. I cannot put a price on both understanding what was blocking me and what to do about it.
