Ray Dalio is a multi-billionaire who has built his investment firm, Bridgewater Associates, to be a titan in its industry. This book breaks down his philosophy on culture and leadership, and the principles that guide it. It's fascinating to see the degree of structure he brings to his teams and the thoughtful ways he attempts to give his people frameworks to help them do their jobs better.

Much better organized and fleshed out than the original PDF. It gets very slow in the work principles, definitely skim those based on your interest. The life principles are phenomenal, though. Would highly recommend.
