Growing as a leader has many stages that are all challenging. John Maxwell breaks each stage down and gives actionable advice on how to grow as a leader through each of the 10 levels. I've reread this book many times now and find new things to learn every time I read it. If you think you want to become a leader, read this book. If you are excited to do the things Maxwell discusses, you can be a great leader.

from 2014 without doing the arithmetic. Full and green is recent; it
drains and cools as the date gets older, and empties completely at about
