Nadia Schadlow recommends it
Um, a second book um I just took back from my bookshelf because of uh Peru, but the mystery of capital by Hernando Dodto. And I think it's also interesting to remind us of sort of some perpetual problems in the Western Hemisphere um the the the tension um between you know socialism and capitalism and and Hernando Dotto specifically speaks about the importance of titles to land.

Roger Martin liked it
I think of it as one of the handful of books written in the 21st century that I find most valuable to my thinking and work (along with The Mystery of Capital, (Growth) Mindset, Thinking Fast and Slow, The Good Jobs Strategy, and Grit

That little bar

It says how long ago something was said, so you can tell last month from 2014 without doing the arithmetic. Full and green is recent; it drains and cools as the date gets older, and empties completely at about 6 years.

A striped bar means the date itself is an estimate — the source did not carry an exact one. An entry with no date at all gets no bar.
