Remarkably Bright Creatures by Shelby Van Pelt

So I just recently picked up remarkably bright creatures which is this like lovely story about a woman who finds companionship with an octopus. And it sounds kind of wild but it's just a true in a world that's feeling intensely more isolated. it like brought me a lot of joy. Um, and I also really love, we talked a little bit about economic models and the ways in which we try to measure um, and derive truth about the world.

Showdown at Gucci Gulch by Alan Murray

And Showdown at Gucci Gulch is one of my like all-time favorites and a great read and will leave you hopeful for the possibility of this type of reform effort. Um, I also just recently I had twins last year I was telling you before and so have been slow to be able to do that much reading for fun of recent.

The Undoing Project by Michael Lewis

There's a great book by Michael Lewis called the undoing project that's about the relationship between Danny Conaman and Amoski, but also the ways in which the field evolved that I think is like pretty profound and a great story.

That little bar

It says how long ago something was said, so you can tell last month from 2014 without doing the arithmetic. Full and green is recent; it drains and cools as the date gets older, and empties completely at about 6 years.

A striped bar means the date itself is an estimate — the source did not carry an exact one. An entry with no date at all gets no bar.
